A simple yet refined aesthetic masks a complex set of high-performance systems, including operable windows and intelligent window shades. These systems work together to achieve maximum efficiency and optimal comfort for office workers inside, flooding interior spaces with natural light. This is especially pronounced in the building’s museum-quality lobby — a dramatic space where a nine-story floating staircase connects tenants to offices above.
