John brings over 16 years of professional experience to Jahn, having served as project architect on numerous award-winning built projects across Germany and the United States. His portfolio includes significant projects such as the Pritzker Military Library and Museum, Google Headquarters in Chicago, 1000M Chicago, Eden Tower in Frankfurt, Sony Center B2 Renovation in Berlin, and 1900 Reston Station in Virginia. 

John’s work has been widely recognized and published in esteemed architectural publications including DETAILDeutsches Architektenblatt, AIT, and Chicago Architect. In addition to his architectural practice, he is an accomplished photographer, with his work featured by the Leica Historical Society of America and Leica Fotografie International. 

Prior to joining Jahn in March 2015, John spent six years living and working in Germany, based in Heidelberg and Munich. He relocated there after graduating with honors from the Illinois Institute of Technology in 2009, gaining valuable international experience that continues to inform his design approach.
