Scott Seyer, AIA, LEED AP/ Managing Director

Scott Seyer brings over 30 years of professional experience leading the design of large-scale projects worldwide, including high-profile office buildings, hotels, mixed-use developments, and higher education facilities. His architectural philosophy centers on delivering context-driven design solutions that balance innovation with practical, efficient strategies. 

As Managing Director, Scott oversees projects from inception through completion. He defines initial design concepts and ensures the integrity and functionality of the evolving design by fostering close collaboration among the design team and consultants. 

Scott holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Kansas and an MBA from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. He has served as a jury member for AIA Chicago and is a frequent speaker on commercial design and emerging industry trends.
