Scott Seyer, AIA, LEED AP/ Managing Director

Scott Seyer brings more than 29 years of professional experience designing large-scale projects around the globe including high-profile office projects, hotels, mixed-use developments, and higher education facilities. Scott’s architectural philosophy is based on creating context-driven design solutions that are innovative yet rooted in efficient and pragmatic ideas.

As Managing Director, Scott is involved in projects from start to finish. He works to define the initial concepts and assures the integrity and functionality of the design as it evolves by working in collaboration with the full design and consultant team.

Scott received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Kansas and a Master of Business Administration from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. Scott has participated on juries with AIA Chicago, as well as multiple speaking engagements that focus on commercial design and emerging trends.
