1000M celebrates grand opening

9 years in the making, 1000M held its grand opening on June 13. The building stands as a testament to exceptional design, engineering, and execution, expressing our firm’s belief that perfection can only be achieved when nothing can be taken away.
Jahn is proud of the collaborative team that made this remarkable addition to Chicago’s lakefront skyline possible. We extend our deepest gratitude to our clients, Time Equities, JK Equities, and Oak Capitals, for entrusting us with this monumental project — the tallest building in Jahn’s Chicago portfolio. We are also grateful to our partners on the project, who made achieving this project possible: Kara Mann, McHugh Construction, McHugh Concrete, and countless others.
