Kemper Arena
Kansas City, Missouri

At Jahn, we never stop changing. Rooted in the historic practice of Charles F. Murphy, Sr., who began his career in the offices of Daniel H. Burnham, we evolved into one of the world’s leading architecture firms in the 20th century under the leadership of Helmut Jahn, FAIA.
This spirit of evolution continues today. Under the current direction of Evan Jahn, WELL AP, LEED AP ND, Philip Castillo, FAIA, and Scott Seyer, LEED AP, AIA, we continue to open new paths of aesthetic and engineering discovery. As our studio evolves, we embrace multiple expertises, passions, and interests. We design buildings while advancing research, develop sustainable campuses while experimenting with construction techniques, advise governments while sustaining communities. We are not bound by the conventions of a typical architecture firm.
Jahn’s future-focused approach is reflected in our brand identity — Jahn/ — making space for whatever is next.
